Qualifications Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor /Master's Degree or any higher qualification
Graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and above, 2nd Class Upper or equivalent
Fresh graduate or a maximum prior work experience of 2 years
Fluency in written & spoken English
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is an added advantage
Proven leadership in extra-curricular activities including volunteer work
Internship experience with Carlsberg/ other organizations is an added advantage
Open and willing to work & live outside of home country
Passion in Beer Industry
Local citizens (Cambodian)

Phase 1 - Application Submission

An AI Video Interview assessment will conduct for those who shortlisted.

Phase 3 - Assessment
An online assessment will conduct for those who shortlisted through AI Video Interview assessment.

Phase 4 - Game Day
This day is an opportunity for you to learn more about Carlsberg and for us to assess your skills within your respective functional competencies with cases and interview.

Phase 5 - Final Interview
In the final stage of the recruitment process, successful applicants will be invited for a final interview. This interview is to follow up on questions, learn about your working style preference and once more to assess the cultural match.
